HB-Evoflex safety line
The new HB – Evoflex Safety Line offered by HBSecurity is the latest frontier in deformable fall prevention systems. Guaranteeing total safety in case of falls from heights and “ease” of use for the operator who can move freely along the work area during maintenance, HB – Evoflex is a real revolution in the safety field. The in-out system with which this Safety Line is equipped can bend to accompany the operator’s fall, absorbing the energy in case of slipping or loss of balance.
Easily replaceable
After it has been used to save the operator in case of a fall, the system can be replaced easily. The base will remain firmly anchored to the roof and it will be sufficient just to reinstall the parts of the in-out system, acting on a bare minimum of the roof package.
The post, key element of this flexible system, consists of the following parts:
• Rectangular base 190 x 150 mm
• Internal bar with threaded ends
• External reinforcement piping
• M16 stainless steel A4 eyebolt (female) painted RAL 3002 red
Reduced visual impact
Safety is important, but HB – Evoflex doesn’t neglect esthetics either. The system is designed for roofs requiring the minimum visual impact and maintenance of a definite architectural and design style, so it is also ideal for buildings of great prestige or historical value. Perfect for private homes, mansions, hotels, historical buildings, residential and industrial complexes and all those structures that require low visual impact and particular attention to esthetics, HB – Evoflex is guaranteed for simultaneous use by a maximum of 4 workers and is certified UNI EN 795 in class C.
The maximum distance from post to post is 15 meters, but intermediate points can be inserted for a total length of up to 100 mt.
