Structural lifeline
The Structural Lifeline is a TYPE C horizontal flexible lifeline designed to be installed on roofs with supporting structure made of concrete, wood or steel or to be applied to calculated steelwork made to measure to adapt to any installation situation.
It is available in various conformations, according to application type:
Destined to be used by up to 4 users contemporarily, it is made of top class Lanthane TR 175 galvanised S 355 steel.
• The right solution for every roof
Each specific roof shape requires posts and plates that are specifically designed to meet operator safety needs, and HBSecurity has designed and manufactured different types of posts and plates to ensure the best fall prevention solution.
• A wide range of colors
A building must not only be safe, but must also be perfect from the esthetic standpoint. That is why HBSecurity offers different colors for the posts of its Safety Line. With the different chrome applications, the system integrates perfectly with the architecture without causing any visual disturbance in the overall view of the project.
• A unique insulation system
All HBSecurity posts are insulated with EPS reinforced with graphite to guarantee: Elimination of the dewpoint Elimination of heat bridges
• Galvanization
All HBSecurity posts are galvanized with Lanthane top class TR 175, in line with the reference standard EN 795:2002 paragraph 4.2 relative to protection against corrosion. Tests have shown that this type of galvanization is comparable/superior to traditional hot galvanization.
