Structural Lifeline kit - Post
Lifeline anchor device that allows the user, once attached, to work hands-free in the roof area covered by the anchoring system.
Designed to be fastened to supporting structures made of steel, wood or concrete. Can be used as main anchor point.
Configurations:
The Structural lifeline kit – Post consists of 2 end anchors for distances between posts of up to a maximum of 20 meters (single span), 2 end anchors + intermediate anchors to be installed every 15 m and its multiples (multiple spans).
The kit also contains:
Energy absorber: spring that absorbs the load transmitted to the anchors in the event of a fall by one or more users. The two shackles allow the connection between cable (crimped end) – spring – end anchor.
Tensioner: a double or single fork tensioner with quick fitting terminal, for safely connecting the end of the cable to the end anchor of the lifeline. The tensioner allows to impart the right tension value to the cable (about 100 kg).
Terminal: Cable Clamp Plus kit
Cable: AISI 316 stainless steel, ø 8 mm with one crimped end. Breaking strength minimum 39.39 kN.
Size
End anchor: : round base ø 70 mm, th. 8 mm with a vertical support of maximum height 52 mm and thickness 8 mm welded at the center. The base has 2 holes ø 12 for fastening the plate to the calculated metal carpentry POST.
Intermediate anchors: plate 70x125 mm, th. 8 mm suitably shaped to allow for the slotting of the cable. The base has 2 holes ø 12 for fastening the plate to the calculated metal carpentry POST.

Base: 15x28 cm with 10 holes for fastening to the supporting structure
Heights available: 60 cm, 50 cm, 35 cm
Base: 15X17 cm with 6 holes for fastening to the supporting structure
Heights available: 20 cm, 10 cm
All posts are available with flat, double pitch or single pitch base.
Posts can be customised as required.

Bend post: Allows to create deviations in direction of the lifeline cable
Starting post with revolving point: designed for 4 pitch roofs for working on the head pitches

Examples of configuration
1 - Single span
Single spans ranging from 5 to maximum 20 metres long can be installed.
2 - Multiple span
Multiple spans ranging from 5 to a maximum of 15 m long can be installed. It is possible to use n intermediate posts up to a maximum lifeline length of 100 metres (recommended: 60 m).
